Eating protein is essential for a healthy body

There are many benefits that eating protein can provide to the body, some of which are:


1. Increasing the feeling of fullness: Eating protein helps improve the feeling of fullness, which helps prevent excessive eating and thus contributes to healthy weight loss.


2. Muscle support: Protein is essential for building muscle and muscle strength, which makes it important for athletes and physical activity practitioners.


3. Promoting general health: Protein contributes to enhancing the health of the skin, hair and nails. It also helps in repairing harmful tissues and strengthening the immune system.


However, protein should be consumed moderately and in healthy quantities, because excessive intake may cause some harm to health. Among the most prominent of these harms are:
